About
From the day I was born, I was taught to observe everything around me. I was lucky to have grown up in a multi-cultural family, learning to understand subtle nuances which often go unseen to others. My mother and grandparents introduced me to the Soviet culture, while my father introduced me to the uniquely colorful South African culture.
Later I had spent time living in Japan, where I discovered my love for minimalist and carefully crafted aesthetics. Professionally, I have worked in several fields in high-tech holding leading marketing positions, where I designed products, shaped brand identities, and devised content strategies. I combine my deep knowledge of graphic design with storytelling to bring stories to life through images.
After October 7, 2023, I had found refuge in observing the people around me with kindness, knowing that they all have a story to tell. The camera let's me tell that story.
In my work, I mostly focus on people - whether on the street or in portrait photography - while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic that emphasizes the use of color.
